What payment methods are available?
Online trainings and digital materials are available through the Holvi online store, which currently supports Visa and Mastercard® credit cards, Visa and Mastercard® debit cards, as well as online payment buttons for major Finnish banks. Other work is invoiced with 14-day net terms
Are you the right expert to handle my case?
Before every assignment, I check that I am not disqualified from handling the matter. At the same time, I assess whether I am the right expert for your case. If I cannot assist you, I can recommend other firms.
I ordered the Legal Support Package: What happens if I don’t use all my monthly hours?
Unused hours can be carried forward for up to three (3) months. After that, the oldest unused hours will expire Huom! Sopimuksen päättyessä mahdollisesti jäljellä olevia käyttämättömiä tunteja ei hyvitetä eikä siirretä.
I ordered the Legal Support Package: How are additional hours billed?
If the monthly package hours are exceeded, additional hours will be charged according to the separately agreed hourly rate (€80 + VAT). I will always inform you in advance if extra hours are going to be used—no unexpected costs.
I ordered the Legal Support Package: Can I switch to a different package during the contract period?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade the package flexibly according to your needs. All changes are agreed upon in writing and will take effect at the start of the next billing period.
I ordered the Legal Support Package: How do I terminate the contract?
The minimum contract duration is 3 months. After that, the contract will continue until further notice and can be terminated with one month’s notice.
