The service is provided by an experienced specialist in the finance, administration, and public procurement of companies and associations. My background combines studies in law at the University of Lapland, administrative and business studies at the University of Tampere, and business administration studies at Tampere University of Applied Sciences, along with practical experience in procurement law, contract law, and corporate finance and administration. I have also completed the HHJ Board Secretary training.

Over 20 years of experience

I have over 20 years of experience in accounting and financial management, including general ledger, financial statements, and consolidated reporting. Based on this experience, I have a strong understanding of business practices in both small companies and large corporate groups. I also have experience with the accounting, administration, and operational audits of associations and housing companies. Additionally, I have served on various boards and developed processes from both administrative and financial perspectives.

Work experience

In my primary role, I work as a procurement specialist in a municipal company, providing legal expertise on public procurement law and contract terms, while developing internal processes, guidelines, and documents. I handle procurement decisions, procurement corrections, and appeals, prepare tendering processes, and have also been involved in verifying the compliance of bids with tender requirements. Within my unit, the focus is on framework agreements throughout the lifecycle of properties, but I have also participated in procurements related to the construction or renovation of new properties, as well as internal company procurements, such as salary and HR service procurements conducted via negotiated procedures. I support clients in contract usage, drafting claims, and matters related to the application of the Contractor Obligations Act. I have provided internal training on public procurement law and work as part of the procurement management team. Additionally, I have drafted and reviewed various contracts.
